Post ITA-Passport scans.

I have received ITA on 4th October draw.

I have got three passports since 2002. Do I also need to upload stamped passport pages? All the stamps are in my old passport. The new passport just renewed this year doesn’t have any stamps.
That also means I need to upload old USA F1category visa which is stamped “cancelled without prejudice” before approval of my b1 category visa?

Also, first passport doesn’t have any stampings.

Please guide accordingly.
