Post ITA - Need help

I need your help. I couldnt afford a consultatnt / lawyer so I started my own process by reading forums. My scores were 443 (not accompanying spouse). With spouse it had been 444, yet her transcripts were delayed and ECA couldn't be done. On the other hand my birthday is on 25th June wherein I'd lose another 5 points, so I spoke to her & we decided that I will not accompany her initially (later we could sponsor her)
I received my ITA on 25th April (441 cut-off). Now I am little confused about how to proceed. I have read the threads yet I have some of the doubts. Hope you wouldn't mind helping me.
1. Whether can we show SBI PPF as proof of funds?
2. I don't have enough funds so if I borrow money from my father-in-law what documents do I make?
3. I was working with Siemens as Order Manager (senior executive) for 5.10 years, technical profile NOC 0211. I have the referral letter from Siemens. However I quit Siemens on 21st Sep 2017. I later joined Omron Automation on 11th Dec 2017 as a fundraiser job till I get through the process. This current job is totally into sales (non-technical). I have mentioned only one job in EE with NOC 0211. Now do i need to mention about this job? How do I handle it, since it will be conflict in NOC all together.

I have only these questions on my mind.

First you age is locked after you get ITA so your application will not be refused even after your birthday you loose 5 points.

No for your questions:
1. PPF cannot be shown as PoF.
2. I don't think you can borrow from your Father-in-Law but he can give the money to your spouse and you can borrow/gift deed from your spouse. But just wait for a confirmation from a senior.
3. you need to mention the 2nd job in personal history only. No need to mention it under work experience if you are not claiming points for it.

Withdrawable balance for PPF can be shown as part of PoF. Up to CIC to accept.
