Hello everyone
I was wondering if it is better to continue with the ITA and provide an LoE for all the changes, or decline the ITA given the changes I have made. The changes I made in ITA are as follows:
Name Changes:
Employer Name & Job Title Changes
My Questions:
Thank you

I was wondering if it is better to continue with the ITA and provide an LoE for all the changes, or decline the ITA given the changes I have made. The changes I made in ITA are as follows:
Name Changes:
- I forgot to add my middle name (in IRCC account and EE application). All other documents have my middle name on them (passport, ECA and education documents, police clearance letter, reference letter...etc.)
- To correct this oversight, I have just added my middle name to my first name in my ITA by modifying family information.
- I have also added the middle names of "Other Family Members" to their first name. Those "Other Family Members" are NOT applicants.
- However, I cannot change my name in my IRCC profile/account. It only has my actual first name and last name (without middle name).
- P.S. My passport displays my full name in this manner (FIRST MIDDLE LAST), with no identifiers of first, middle, or last name.
Employer Name & Job Title Changes
- I work for a subsidiary company which is owned by a parent company. My residency visa is issued by the parent company and the job title they mentioned in the residency visa is Assistant Accountant (the same it was since I started working for them 6 years ago).
- So, I wrote the parent company's name and my job title (Assistant Accountant) in the EE application - using the residency visa as a reference.
- Upon asking for a reference letter from parent company, they said the reference letter can only be issued by the subsidiary only. So, I got one from the subsidiary.
- The subsidiary company name is obviously different from the parent company's and so is my job title. I did start as an Assistant Accountant but the job title later changed to Accountant (current), which is the one mentioned in the reference letter (but not the residency visa)
- Now, I have changed the company name in ITA (from parent company to subsidiary company) and changed my job title from Assistant Accountant to Accountant.
My Questions:
- Should I proceed with Post-ITA changes and provide an LoE and other supporting documents (like company trade licence showing company owners) or should I decline the ITA and make those changes in EE then resubmit again. My CRS score is 475 and non of the changes I have made affects it. However, I have a birthday coming up in the middle of 2021. which will affect the score. I am worried that If I declined the ITA, the next one (if it came) might be delayed.
- Is my name in IRCC profile/account going to be a problem? If so, how can it be fixed? I know there is a Case-Specific Enquiry (CSE) that can be used, but from what I have seen on other threads, the average response time is about a month. I only have 33 days remaining to submit my ITA.
Thank you
