Hey,

I got an ITA to apply on Dec 22nd, but I have a couple of questions:

- I have been living in Canada long before I turned 18. I happened to turn 18 on a visit back home. I only spent 4 months outside of Canada on that trip and I haven't left ever since. I put all that information under my personal history, but it still shows that I need to upload multiple PCCs. In that trip I had a 1 day transit in Qatar, and I spent 1 month in UAE. I am originally from Yemen. Even when trying to use the website below it says PCCs for Yemen are not needed. Am I missing something here?

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/index.asp

-I was invited under CEC but I had originally said that I can bring a lump of money with me. I can prove that I have that amount and then some, but should I leave it as is and upload the POF or should I just reduce the value to 0? I'm trying to reduce the amount of uploads/documents to review.

- I don't have immediate access to an official transcript. Is it acceptable to use an unofficial transcript that the university makes available online? (This is a Canadian University) I've used that transcript before to apply for study and work permits.

1. You don't need pcc if you have stayed there less then 6 months. Word multiple is in bracket so not always apply it is generic term.
2. Yes you can reduce to 0.
3. Request official transcript.

Just to add to what Mr. Wayne said, upload a letter in the PCC slot stating that you are not required to provide one as you haven't lived in another country other than Canada for 6 months since the age of 18.
