Post ITA - Do i need to snail mail the whole application package to CIC?

In addition to the documents that are already uploaded online, do I still need to send the whole application package to CIC by post office?

Do I have to provide employment contracts with PREVIOUS employers, in addition to Job reference letters? I can provide contract with my current employer with no problem.

If you got the contracts, provide them, but the only one that is a must is the Reference Letter.
