Post ITA application- Question on Application fee and RPRF fee

I am filling my post ITA and it is asking what fee(only application or both application & RPRF) I will be paying with submission of my application.
Questions-
1) Experienced applicant please let me know the right path. Should paying both makes things go faster or only Application fee at this time will do?
2) For just in case rejection situation- are both these fees refundable?

A: No recorded evidence that paying both makes the application run faster. You can pay both or only application fee now and RPRF later. It's upto you.
2) For just in case rejection situation- are both these fees refundable?
A: Only RPRF is refunded.

If you chose to pay rprf fee, you will save potential time as it is clearly mentioned by cic. However, the downside is that in case for some reason, the application gets rejected, the refund will take some time. Choice is yours.
