Post Graduation Work Permit!!!

Hey, so i have a question about my condition.
I recently graduated with a 2 year diploma, I took 2 courses in my last semester as i only needed 2, but I took 2 courses in the previous semester(summer-2018)as well. I failed those courses so I had to take it again.
Would this pose as a problem in obtaining my PGWP?

Yeah would it be okay if I applied with just my completion letter or shoud I attach the transcript and explain my situation in the explanation letter?

Include both, make sure they are the official ones. Many people have been rejected for not including one or the other. You are technically not elligable since you had 2 part time semesters but all you can do is try to explain at this point.
