hi friends,

i am going to study in canada in sep 2013 , i am planning to do two 8 months course back to back from humber .
After comletion of courses my total study length would become 16 months , after that do i able to get 3 year of work permit ???

1. No, you won't get a 3 year PGWP. For that, at least one of your course must be a degree course. You will get 16 months.

hey sippy how are you im having the same confusion i think 8 months course is like a total one year as there is a 4 month summer break so that will be two years of study but im confused whether youll get a 3 years work permit or just one year p

Guys,

16 months programs will yield you only 16 months of PGWP.

Two separate 1-year programs can be completed in 16 months without having semester break, in this case you will be offered PGWP utpo 3 years. But two separate 8 months program completed in 16 months will not serve the purpose.

Can you please tell if I can apply in PGD or PDC after MBA(Regular) and 5 years of expereince?? or I can only be eligible for Master program?? SInce some people say if I go for PGD it is downgrading is that true?
