Here is my doubt! I mistakenly applied to extend the Visitor Status of my girlfriend instead of applying for a PGWP after she graduated in a one-year program diploma in March/2019, BUT, she got a refused letter to extending her Visitor Visa status.
Now, I'm applying for her PGWP and here is one of the questions that I have to answer:
b) Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?
She has never been refused a visa or permit, or even denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country, but she got the refusal letter of her Visitor Visa extension. Should I answer yes or no?
