May be you submitted your diploma certificate through IRCC web form or they asked for it and you uploaded in your CIC account. This is a confirmation email from IRCC that they received your diploma certificate and they updated this in their database. If they need any other information and the responsible office will contact you.
I applied on Jan 28, and biometrics done on feb 20, still waiting.Ok ok.. thnku you know everyone who are still waiting
