Hi,

I am currently the university student in Ontario.
This is final exam period and after this term's final exam (which is Fall term), I will be finish my degree audit.
But deadline of the graduation for the February is passed, so I must apply for graduation for 2017 June.

Since I do not have time with my passport, I must get the letter from the registrar's office, apply for PGWP, and gain 1 year work experience from this January.
I asked registrar's office and they told me that "You can get the letter states eligiable to graduate and applied graduation for 2017 June."

If I submit this letter on January for applying PGWP, will immigration officers able to issue me the PGWP? (Or I must have the letter states, "This student is graduated?")

Please help...

"You must apply for a work permit within 90 days of receiving written confirmation (for example, a transcript or an official letter) from your institution indicating that you have met the requirements for completing your academic program.
You must have completed and passed the program of study and received a notification that you are eligible to obtain your degree, diploma or certificate."

Yes, you can do that.
