Post Graduate Work Permit GOT refused. Help plz

Plz help me if u know whether I could re-apply my PGWP again

I got the school graduation letter on May 8, 2014
I applied my work permit at the beginning of June with my CIC account .

BUT , I mis-loaded the graduation letter and submitted it. The graduation letter which I uploaded turns out just a normal CIC form. I must got confused when I uploaded those doc. I know I was being stupid

So I got a REFUSED letter from CIC today. I feel so hopeless , could anybody tell me what should I do? Can I reapply that again?

have 90 days passed since u graduated? if not reapply fast
