I am a recent graduate of Carleton University in Ottawa. I received confirmation of my graduation on January 19 2015 and I received my graduate degree on Feb 27 2015.
Currently I am in India and had to extend my stay due to an injury. I wanted to know if I can apply my post graduate work permit online while I am still in India or does it require me to be in Canada while I apply for the same.
I am worried about the 90 days period within which I have to apply for my work permit. I have scheduled my return journey on April 13. Kindly help me on this.
