Post Graduate Work Permit - flag polling while already applied online?

hello, i recently finished my masters program in April 2018. and applied for PGWP on 26th April online, which is in process and estimating to take around 45 days according to cic website. as per rules i can work full time even when my PGWP is in process. I have received full time job offer but the company policy is that they want to see some kind of official document which clearly states that I(with my legal name) is eligible to work in canada while my application is in process. Basically they want me to get work permit faster, even recruiter asked me to get it from the border, but i am not sure if i can do that while my online application is still in process. They are just afraid that if i get onboard and post that if my work permit is declined, they do not want this situation to occur. Any ideas what can i do in this situation?
