Hello , I was an international student . I am also a registered physical therapist. My study permit had a condition not to work in health care . I got this removed . Then my open work permit came back with the same condition . However, my immigration consultant told me it's ok to continue working as a Physical Therapist. I even took a job with a health authority. While he applied to remove this condition. He did several web inquiries and finally submitted an application 1 month ago. A lawyer told me that I wasn't supposed to be working in healthcare with that condition on my open work permit, but I was following the advice of my immigration consultant. I still haven't heard back from IRCC and I resigned from my job . I am wondering if this can affect my PR application and if I should report this consultant .
