Post graduate programs in Electrical Engineering field

I am in my Final year of my B.E. in Electrical Engineering. Please suggest me some colleges that offer Post graduate Program or equivalent program in the field of Electrical Engineering.

There is no PG course for Electrical Engineering in Canada. Either its post-secondary(which you don't want to do as it is lower level of studies as per your current studies.) or Masters. The PG course offered for technical courses in Canada is for telecomm and CS guys.
