Post Graduate programs for electonics

Hey
I completed my Btech in Electronics and Communications with a gpa of 6.75.
I would like to know about the 2 year postgraduate programs that suit me..
Another question i have is are Post Graduate Diploma in Canada worth pursuing.

I have a couple of colleges in mind...I just need to know whether the 2 year pg diploma is woth pursuing

Master is always better than Diploma but if you do 2 year pgd do it from public college which will qualify you for 3 year pgwp.

Will i get any masters program with my current gpa?
