post Graduate diploma or MBA

Hi Guys,

I am from India, done my B.E and have 2 years of work experience in IT sector.

Now I want to study Management , and planning to do in Canada, So please suggest between PG diploma or Master's degree(MBA)... which one I should prefer?

Also please let me know the job prospects for an international student for these two courses.

I would say Masters would be better, but there a lot of things to consider like financing yourself, IELTS, you have to show you have strong ties to your country etc. Job prospects vary in Canada....it's a very big place!
