You may pick SIAST or Parkland College in Saskatchewan. Both are SPP Colleges and PNP is very easy in Saskatchewan. Pick a one year program and you'll be eligible for PNP soon after the graduation if you work part time continuously. This is the fastest PR process among all provinces in Canada.
