post grad. work permit question?

Hi!

I am soon to finish my master degree studies.
I have been a full time student for 7 sessions (so over 2 years).

There is a note on the government site that if the studies were over
2 years you can get the 3 year open permit.


I would just like to know if there are some restrictions regarding
the city in which you want to work - smaller ones compared to the
larger ones, such as Montreal?

If you know the answer it could really help!
