Hi Bill, my settlement fund submitted for a family size of 4 @ aor(June 18) was in excess of CAD25,200 which was above the required amount of CAD22,856. But 6 months down d line, the POF is slightly below d required amount due to fluctuation in the exchange rate.. Should I be worried cos my file has just moved to IP2

Medical passes in 23-30 Days of AOR and you will be in NA2 within few days. However, getting in IP2 can take 100 Days from NA2 but from NDVO applicants the file is likely to be processed within 4 months. If the file goes to Ottawa or London it may take 5-6 months at the moments but no one knows future.

I doubt it, Ottawa is just as slow. I've been in IP1/NA2 since October and I'm PNP.

NDVO is fastest for PNP applicants nowadays with applicants getting PPR within 75 Days as well. I have seen many from August getting PPR from NDVO.

Not to worry however you should add more funds to get yourself above the LICO.

Do you have idea any how long it takes for Medical to change to 'Passed'.

My AOR is 7 December. Generally it takes one month.

I am 28 April aor, at ip2 stage since 27 Nov and local visa office is London. I applied through a consultant and ONLY his email id is registered with cic. Would you recommend to add my private email id to the pr application by raising cse through Web form at this stage ? Kindly share the appropriate web link if so.

Yes, you can call at IRCC number and tell them your situation. They will not be able to do anything on their own, however, they can guide you.

You can wait for a couple of more days for LVO reply and then do whatever they tell you to do.

Actually its not LVO but CPC-Ottawa which is processing our case and the turnaround time is 20 working days which is after our submission deadline.

You can do this but no need now as you are almost done.

Thanks for the reply. I called cic yesterday and the agent told me that you are under security check which passes quickly and takes normally a couple of weeks. To expedite the process would you recommend me to order a third set of gcms notes?

GCMS notes don't speed things up unless the file is opened and analyst somehow forgot to complete (this is very rare). Security Check doesn't take much time and you should be done in next couple of days. PPR will be issued in a batch which may take a few more days from the date file is approved.
