Post COPR travel plans

Hi All,

Looking at my timelines if i get my COPR in Jan What is the estimated time i need to land in canada for Activation of PR.
Medicals is done in 1ST Sept--I heard that i have to travel within 1 yr OF Medicals or is there some expiry date mentioned in the visa .

Also from when my PR actually starts --is it from the time i get the pr visa for one time entry in canada or only once i enter canada. then only it will be started.

Much appriciate if u guys can enlighten me on the above case.

Your visa will be issued 1 yr from medicals or passport expiry date whichever is earlier.
You are a PR from day you first land.

What @navinball meant is your visa will be valid till your passport expires OR one year from the date the medical was issued, whichever is earlier. You need to land before that.
