they are creating confusion how they issue medical request ..... 1 according to CIC FILE RECEIVED DATE
2 according to AOR DATE
3 according to FILE TRASFER DATE

Well i also heard this they are issue medical request according to CIC receive date..but it's like confusing because all applicant visa office are different same as processing method , as example london visa office they check first background stuff...so how its works don't know..
but what i say we can do nothing .so just sit and wait..
