Post 3year work permit

Hi,

I'm new to this and I have a few doubts. I'm planning on pursuing a 2 year Graduate Certificate program at centennial college.

I would like to know.

What are my chances for acquiring a PR in Canada? (Considering I have to complete my 3year work permit or lesser to apply for PR).
