Hi Mahi

Can you provide the link in cic web site, stating above.

Yes Mahi, I'd also be very interested to see this link. Atleast it is some satisfaction if its there on the web.

Hey guys just getting confused about this fth thing. Is it vacation fth or something more than 6 months in which case pcc would be required? Pls clarify because i have many vacation trvel history but nothing for more than 6 months.

hi all,

"The Right of Permanent Residence fee

You will only need to pay this fee if your application to immigrate as a skilled worker is approved. It covers you and your accompanying spouse or common-law partner, if applicable. It must be paid before Citizenship and Immigration Canada issues your permanent resident visa. This fee is refundable if you cancel your application or if you do not use your visa.

CAIPS does not allow me to enter a PSDEC 2 – what’s wrong?

If RPRF has been paid, CAIPS will not allow you to enter a negative decision until the RPRF field is changed to an acceptable refund code, ie. RFR.

Why does the visa office need to enter its own PSDEC?

The CIO recommends FSW cases for processing but it is the visa office that is ultimately responsible for determining eligibility for C‑50 processing. The Visa Office decision is based on a review of the full application and supporting documentation, which was not available to the CIO. Once the visa office decides the application is eligible for processing, processing begins and the applicant is no longer able to obtain a refund of processing fees.

So what are we going to do now ? except waiting....... :P . What are other possibilities of our files being on hold ? >:(

Believe me there is nothing that we can do except either waiting or regularly writing to CHC expalining that we are post 26th June 2010 applicant and that its been quite some time. The feeling is like we standing on the edge of our next step in life but we are not yet given the clearance and are not yet allowed to take that step becuase there is a confusion and what the confusion is we all dont know and surely will never know >:(

Hey guys! I was away from the forum to calm my nerves! :) Its unfortunate that we seem to be stuck. Life has been on "pause" for a long time now and hopefully we will all hear good news and receive our visas soon!

Hoping for the best! :-\
