Ottawa is working on pre-june 2010, we wouldn't have a chance for 2012, hopefully in mid 2013 we may receive medical. Just be patient friends.

No update! not even for those who applied in Dec 2010 and their files are in Ottawa. A friend's MP said 12 months from the time your file is transfered to Ottawa it should be completed. Mine transfered to Ottawa in July 2012. Me and my friends who have almost the same time line as mine hope we get MR in Feb 2013.

No update till now. Still RBVO. According to GCMS report my application was transferred to Ottawa on July 07, 2012. If you are correct then I would also expect MR in February 2013.

I am not sure, since a friend of mine who has applied in Dec 2010 (December 4th) hasn't received MR yet. His file is in Ottawa due to what his MP says.

Many of my colleagues who applied as FSW in Buffalo in 2010 have got their PRs by now (Total time approx for them was 2.5 years). So hopefully 2013 is our year (for the applicants who applied in 2011 and onwards). Lets hope we will also get our PRs soon.

They applied before 26 June 2010. For one, visa offices was Seattle, and for two, visa office was LA.

those whose files are in other Visa offices than Ottawa are lucky, coz they are doing their jobs faster than Ottawa.

No update till now. Still RBVO. According to GCMS report my application was transferred to Ottawa on July 07, 2012. If you are correct then I would also expect MR in February 2013.

You can apply anytime. But take a note, that all the people who applied in 2011 got the same respond from GCMS: RBVO, that's it.
