Mine also has changed ecas during weekends April 17, just not so sure if it has changed that day or the day before.

I am really scared and nervous now because the last time I heard from them was on April 5th, 2011 and they said they were going to send me a letter since the elegibility review process at CIO Sydney was complete. I know that "letter" is just an email which i never got and I was just waiting for my ecas to change to RBVO and so far, haven't changed to that.
I wrote to them and no response so far. Any thoughts? You guys think is a bad sign? Hope everything is going good!! ???
