I applied on 8th August 2011. I also got the file number few week before. But till date didn't get PER or NER. So I send mail to CIO few days before. Today I got message from him “Your file is still pending final review and decision by our office. You will be contacted in due course.” So what does it means. Is there PER is completed or not?

I got the file number on previous mail which date on 4th Nov. And the file number start from E*****. After that I don't hear anything from CIO so I send mail to CIO and I got above reply.

This is reply which I got on 4th Nov "RE: APPLICATION # E*******. Be advised your application is awaiting review. You will be contacted in due course." Current Ecas status is "In Process" and when I click on in process it says "We received your application for permanent residence on August 8, 2011. "

What is there in 20th OCT AOR ?? please check ur spam mail folder...... Your PER mail might get lost .........if they have given you File no starting with E******* that means they have already issued you a PER....IMO
