Yesterday I did e-mail them and they sent me this reply. And I amazed to know that E-CAS is not reliable.

"
It is currently awaiting review by an officer. No letter has been sent. Notification will be sent upon completion of the assessment of the file. It will be sent via the e-mail address on your application.

The online system (E-CAS) is a computer system that automatically updates during key periods throughout the creation and assessment of your file. However, at times the information that is transferred to the E-CAS system is erroneous. This issue has been brought to the attention of the appropriate party for resolution.

Thank you for your patience."

My current ecas status is RBVO

Hi kan2008,

My case is similar to your case, mine says we have sent you a letter on May 03..there are some other people who has the same status, yesterday I sent an inquiry asking them about this issue ... I made an open question, if you would like to share your experience you can write here http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/anyone-with-ecas-er-complete-and-got-ner-after-long-wait-please-come-help-t74105.0.html

I did e-mail to them yesterday to know rhe status. And they replied me promptly giving the Application Number E00000..... and saying your file is waiting for the officer review.

When I used the file number to know the status. The online satus saying your apllication reveiw is completed and we have sent you letter on April 07, 2011. But I did not get any mail or email after applying on March 15, 2011.

I am confused what's going on?

As of june 15th total complete application received by CIO in NOC 3112 has reached 1000
my reapplication reached there on 9th june, do you think i will be within this Cap....my CC has not been encashed till now.
Please share ur opinion in this regard.
Worried .... :( :( :( :(

normally cc will charged after 1-2 week. mine took 5 days though.

on May 31th total received application was 925
on Jun 8th total received application was 968
if we make a simple calculation:
(968-925)/8days=5.375 application per day
so 1000-968=32 application remains => 32/5.375=max 6 days (Jun 14th)
If we presume all application after Jun 8th will be awarded PER then we can guess no more application will be accepted after Jun 15th..
you said your application reached CIO on 9th, so if we make another stupid calculation we can presume total application received on 9th were something between 974-980...so you still have a chance.

hello everybody. I just arrived from an out-of-town trip and got a call from my agent after emailing her 3x.
Our packet was returned.
CIO CC the card twice, May 17 and another one May 20. Card was declined, insufficient fund :o >:( >:( >:(

It was the agent's idea to use her credit card. and now this.

I requested her to send me the scanned copy of the letter CIO sent.

Here is an excerpt:

Regulation 12 of the Immigration and Refuge Regulations states that if certain requirements are not met, the application and all documents submitted in support of the application shall be returned to the applicant. A review of your application indicates your submissions fails to meet these requirements for the following reason:

The credit card payment declined.

All of your application forms and documents are being returned to you. Your application fee was not processed and is also being returned to you. No record of your application has been retained by this office. Should you choose to resubmit your application, please include this letter and the attached appendices with your application.

Upon seeing the scanned letter, I blamed myself for trusting their advise to use their credit card. We were supposed to used BD with our own trusted bank. Funny, I even called her and sent her email to inform her bank ahead of time that an international transaction is expected. To prevent occurrence such as this.
She assured me that her previous transaction with her client using her credit card turned out ok. ::)

Seniors, please enlighten me. Considering that cap was reached already (May20) and our application was denied due to the reason above. Can we still send back our application with the BD instead without waiting for July 1?
or better wait?

Thank you.

Skilled.worker and mandie I am deeply sad I will no longer be part of this tracker. However I'm determined to meet all members of this forum in Canada next year.

by the way they sent a copy of the transaction done of the card and the notes they wrote on the appli form.

Hello. There seems to be a delay in your application already. I applied January 5, 2011 and received my AOR March and April of this year. Now I am done with my medical and RPRF already only waiting for my PPR that I hope will come soon.

The best thing you can do is to contact your visa office oe send an email to them to follow up. Best regards and good luck.
Hi

My status is In Process since May 31st 2011 but no medical request should I chill or make any inquiry to VO London

guys I just found out. looking at the payment form where you fill in the credit card numbers, written side notes says not enough digit. all boxes are counted 16, mine is only 15.
stupid stupid agent!

I got my packet back. all of them and will re submit asap along with our bank draft.
next time trust your hunch. hard lesson learn.

hi sting11. We belong to the same NOC (3112). I just learned from you that the cap has been reached already. I hope your application made in on time. Optimistically, i just wish bistolfi49's brilliant analysis materializes. . . . By the way, the CAP is just an estimate of the applications received and not all of them may qualify so that will give you a chance to make it atleast for a slot and it doesn't matter if it's the 1000th. . . . Just pray for the best. Don't lose hope.

I quoted the last few lines of the bulletin :
*The number of complete Federal Skilled Worker applications received as of June 15, 2011 is approximate.

**Once the cap has been reached, we can only accept applications for this occupation from people with an existing offer of arranged employment.

NOTE: Because application intake fluctuates, these figures are meant as a guide only. There is no guarantee that an application sent in now will fall within the cap.

Today i enquired bank they told my BD ENCASHED.WAITING FOR PER.

I think no harm in trying. At least you will have the move for inquiring. try to email them as some of the members here did. One email to them will not be that big deal, I guess. Hope they will reply as soon as possible. Good luck.
