My girlfriend and we want to apply for her work permit online. I want to go with her as her common-law partner, so we need to include the IMM5409E form. We need that to be signed by a notary public next week.
Will they accept the form if you let it sign, scan it and transform it to a pdf? Or is there another way to include this online with the other documents? Because I thought I read somewhere that signed and uploaded documents are not considered as proof (and that's why they have the validate button on IMM1295E for example).
Because we live in The Netherlands, an online application would be much easier and faster, because the nearest office to send it to is in Vienna.
