Hey there,

I'm currently in Canada on an IEC working holiday visa and while filling out my application for PR I noticed I had made a mistake when providing details on my last application for IEC.

On my IEC 'Employment History' I ended my period of being a student in October when I really ended February the following year. This is because I started to attend a university but didn't attend and dropped out very early in and while filling in the history for the IEC I completely forgot about this.

When I include this in my PR application is it going to cause problems? Can I contact CIRC to let them know about this mistake before I apply?

advice you be honest when you apply to IRCC.

you may correct your mistake in your PR application and may provide an explanation note to highlight the previous mistake.
