Possible mistake....maybe

Myy application was received April 21. No response yet. I saw yesterday people from April 13-20 are getting their AOR. So my husband is American and put down his passport number from his passport card.....(different number than the one in his passport) but they have copies of his actual passport. Would they return the whole file? Or email me with the mistake. I'm so anxious!

They wouldn't return it for a silly reason like this. Only if you are missing something important. Don't worry, you could get your AOR any day now.

What the reply post said. They carry out a 'gross error check' on the pack you submit. So are all the forms and attachments you should have sent actually there. If so, continue processing, if not, reject. They wouldn't go to the level of details necessary to spot your mix up at this stage.

I am sure they will spot the error later in the process and raise a query then.

Sorry the whole process has be in suspense and I was so angry at myself for not catching it. Yes everything else was down to the T how they wanted it. With all supporting evidence.
