Possible LOST/STOLEN for Renewal of PR card application

Hi,

My PR card is expiring in a month or so, in August I have sent in a renewal application, but has been almost 3 months, I didn't get any information about that.

I have tried to check the online status which there is no information about my application / PR CARD (UCI and PR CARD #) both doesn't work, the website were advising that it only takes 23 days.

and I submitted a web form asking about the application, but 2 weeks there are no replies?

I believed my application might have been lost

Should I send in another new application stating my situation?

Did you not send your application with a tracking number? Giving them a call would be the easiest way to verify if they received it

Hi, we had similar situation. In our case after several calls. We discovered they returned it to the address recorded in the application. This took almost 10 days. The problem we were in the address. It took some time from people in that address to discover they got the return. I hope you find it
