Possibility of Hiring Welders- Foreign Nationals

Can anyone advise how to go about finding employers who hire foreign nationals for Trade jobs. My husband has over 20 years of experience in welding in India and seeking job opportunities in Canada.

Apply for jobs through reputable sites like linkedin, monster and indeed. Generally it's very difficult to find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process.
