possibility of getting a job

We are well settled here in india.
my husband is having good enough job and a company flat to stay
also my son goes to a good school nearby
we are able to save some money also here.
but yet we are planning to migrate to canada under NOC0213

will my husband find job there??? can we maintain same social security and status.
This questions are doubtful in my mind.

can someone guide us whether we should apply or not for immigration.

If you are well settled in India with a good job/career, why do you want to give that up to move to Canada?

As far as finding a job, I think that all depends on on where you plan to locate and what specific skills he has to offer.
