i wonder
what is the possibility of getting a job in Ontario while i am holding visitor visa? would any employer accept me in this case until i make a student visa? or it is impossible?

It's certainly possible. However it can be difficult to find an employer willing to go through the process due to the time and money involved.

Once you find an employer who is willing to offer you a job, the first thing that employer will have to do is advertise the job for a minimum of one full month to prove no Canadian could be found for the role. The employer will then have to pay a $1,000 fee and submit an LMIA application to request permission to hire a foreign worker. The processing time for LMIA applications is anywhere from 6-16 or more weeks. If the LMIA is approved, you will then be able to apply for a work permit. The processing of this work permit will take an additional number of weeks or months.

So again, it's absolutely possible. You just have to find an employer who is willing to go through the process...

thanks sir for all of these valuable information. however, what if i have a study permit, will i need to pass all of this procedures to get the job??
or can i work for this employer as a student with study permission?

If you have a student visa and you are also attending school full time, then you can work off campus up to 20 hours a week. If you haven't started studying yet then you can't start working yet.
