Positive decision PR application

hey guys!!! I got my positive decision orally a few months back. I was wondering if it’s possible to mail in PR application before I receive my notice of decision as it’s taking so long.

The answer is NO. You have to wait for the decision to come and include that with you PR application. Otherwise the application is going to be returned back.
