Very very sure, we are using a representative, they sent the eligibility letter with everyone's name on it around January this year and my own PCC around February 2022, but my wife and her kids had different application number and my own kids with different number as well. I don't really know what's going on.
You still have your study permit or work permit?..If No, did you receive any document from IRCC stating your application number being different from hers?
My work permit expired this month, I told you the eligibility letter sent to us by January this year my wife and her kids had different application number and behind the letter my name and my kids name with different application number of which IRCC said we are all eligible.
Send a webform and find out if they processed both application differently.......Since it is different application numbers....My guess is that background checks are different

My wife was a protected person and she added me and my kids on her application September 2020 and the application was submitted together, thats why I told is one application, but when the IRCC send the eligibility letter around January this year it was two different application numbers, on the letter they said this are all the family members added on your application.
She did not filled a separate application, she added me submitted everything at the same time.
