2. When did you receive your log in details for the portal? - Not yet
3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal? - Not yet
4. When did you receive ECOPR? - Not yet
5. What is the VO? - Operations Support Centre
6. When did you receive your PR card in the mail? - Not yet

If anyone has suggestion for further steps

Yes, received an email again for confirming my status. And after couple days got my login and password. Please fill web form from IRCC. Might help.

Thank you! I called them, filled the web form, and sent them an email regarding this but not response - still waiting for mine

Yes I got the email with credentials after replying to the first email two times
First time I didnt received any response second time they also didnot respond but after 2 hours they sent me the portal credentials
