Hi, so i got my portal credentials on November 10 , did everything (declaration, picture). Got email from Etobicoke office. What is the turnaround time to receive ecopr? Also, did anyones outland dependant receive ppr before ecopr if yes, please tell me more about it and how it works? As i do know for a fact he can’t submit his passport until i have my ecopr.
