UPDATE: Raised a webform last week and received a response today. Response basically said "we have forwarded it to the responsible office." Fingers crossed!!!!

You would get soon. There is a backlog clearance pending with them. You would receive an email from IRCC confirming ur PR status and would be able to find the ecopr in the residence portal.

I have already received email for photo and address confirmation on 12th March, 2025. But then after nothing and its almost 2 months passed. Its really frustrating now, and its not gets over after ECOPR PR card timelines showing 43 days so again 2 more months. so like still a long long way to go...
