I have a question !
This may sound really dumb but,
Is my hubby able to travel with a one way ticket ?

Doesn't sound dumb at all. Yes hubby is able to travel with a one way into Canada. When at the Canadian immigration at the airport, he'll just have to show the CoPR and his passport. They'll put him in a room for landed people and make him sign some forms to complete the process and then he'll be good to join you!

He said about 140TT to send and the same price to receive.

How much is that in Canadian?

That's what I figured !
Where did you get that info from ? Could I probably call the airline or immigration about this ?

And in CDN it's about 30$ basically.

Airline won't be able to provide much info. They're just the ones to book the ticket with. I basically just read different landing stories from this forum. All was pretty much the same, but that's where I got the info from.

Hey guys so hubby got back his PP last week thursday and will be arriving some time this week (when we stop trying to find the cheapest ticket lol) I also realise that not everyone POS emails telling you when the visa is issued either but our journey has come to and end and I hope you all get very good news too in your process soon

I totally took your word for it since it makes logical sense but I just had to call in.

Well Immigration received hubby's passport today so now we wait !

Oh I feel you there girl. It took one week for hubby to get back his Passport after they received it, but that one week felt like an eternity! Just can't relax until the whole process is over with.

good morning all! I hope you are all doing well. I am still waiting and waiting and waiting.
I guess because my hubby is in the US and we sent the application without the FBI report (FBI got a new system and instead of 6 weeks it was taking them 3 months), perhaps our application is another pile that says waiting for documentation.

hubby is getting worried that we haven't even received AOR2 but I keep telling him not to worry (even though I am stressed) :-[

He is coming up for a visit from New York for a week so we are looking forward to spending some time together. Please continue to pray for us and keep us in your thoughts.
