I'm interested to see if POS is working on 2015 applications in a more effective manner... i.e., faster. Wish you both good luck!!

I truly hope so, if not, close to that time frame at least.

Hey there my husband is in St Lucia now and about to come up since we sent his passport off a week ago. Im sure Id be alot of help to you throughout your process as we may have a similar case too.

Guys! i am a bit worried. I received an email from POS requesting me to send in my passport and two visa photos. I am assuming they have approved my application. My issue is this:

i sent off requested documents to the visa office. Then i realized that i missed out something. they requested two visa photos; one of which i have to have my name written in the back of photo and the other one which the photo studio has to write their name and full address and also the date the photo was taken. I did the part where i had to have my name written in the back of the photo BUT I missed out the second part. So basically i sent my passport, two photos(one of which has my name in the back and the other one with nothing in the back). I hope i explained this properly. I am wondering whether the visa office will accept it or will send back everything and ask me to resend...OR will they just ask me to resend visa photos. help anyone?

that is a good question. I would go and take my pictures again and do it the way it was requested. I wouldn't take a chance to wait for them to tell you it was wrong. I know when we were doing our pictures (we submitted with the application), we did it twice for the same reason.

It is just my opinion as I am not sure if they will take them or not but from everything I am reading on the forums, it has to be exact.

I love Trinidad so much it's so relaxing down there.

Tobago is amazing my family took me there the first time I went to Trinidad.
You should definitely add that to your list of places to go in the future.
I wish us both alot of luck

Can anyone tell me if POS sends AOR for a file that has been transferred? The letter I got send to me said that file has been transferred to POS but I am not sure if they have received it. We finally got my hubby's FBI report back and we would like to send it in but I don't want to send it to POS unless they actually have the application in hand....

Hey i sent you a reply to your previous post and it seems like we are exactly in the same part of the process like I said...now to answer your question you see that pre-paid airbill postage that you paid for along with the fee to send the documents to them, well they would just use that to cover the cost of them having to send back the package. No need to worry because resending it is what you would have to do anyways. Also anything they tell you to do in terms of their "requirements" your expected to do so or they find some fault with it.

What you can do is check the prepaid tracking number as you should have gotten one and see if there is any activity on it. My husbands prepaid one does not say anything as yet because they still havent sent it back yet. Hope that helps
