Agreed!
I know the feeling of being cautiously optimistic though Cndandtrini. It almost seems too good to be true. When our application went to "in process" then PPR, I announced this to pretty much everyone while hubby is fairly quiet and only told 2-3 friends and a few family members. I had a moment last week of, I really shouldn't have told so many people because the end may not be as close as we think. Hopefully with Decision Made though, we will have PP in hand, soon!

I agree with this. I also told everyone that we went In Process and now I am highly regretting it because they all assumed he would be here by now lol. Back to dealing with the 'Is he here yet' ' what is taking him so long' comments

Geez, I go away for a couple days and all sorts of things start happening!

Congrats CndTrini on your in process!!! I honestly wouldn't worry about an interview, I've never seen anyone get one AFTER going to "In process". Praying for a speedy processing for you ;D

Hi Zouk, that will teach you for leaving us all alone :D!! Thank you so much for the encouraging words. I did not know that "in process" was equivalent to interview waived. Do you mean for the POS office only? I do read many of the other threads and they still seem to get interviews after "in process".

Is there a 'typical' timeframe for POS after "in process" even though I know nothing is really typical on this ride.......Blessings :)

Hi Behopeful, yes it's true, we spend so much time stressing and hoping that even when there is progress it seems a moment of jubilation and then the fear creeps back in. Human nature I guess. Or human nature once we have been through the immigration grinder. My hubby will not tell anyone until he is on the plane to Canada! I too will cheer just a bit louder at the point of a PPR. You must be feeling as if in a bit of a dream......
