Good evening forum family, tell me if this positive???/POS is working, checked ECAS this evening and this is what I saw

We received your application for permanent residence on October 18, 2011.

We started processing your application on May 3, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I see they have my husband's address as mine. Does this mean I could expect PPR soon...my heart is still racing
You are there, Home free. Congratulations

Thanks Smokiejoe....

Hey guys, any idea on how long it takes to get an answer stating that the application is received and being process? I mailed it to the Canadian embassy in Mississauga on march 27-2012.

Hi Morlon, right now it is taking 89 days for them to process stage 1 approvals in Mississauga. They are currently working on applications received on February 1 as per the website.

Hi Morlon,

You may receive a notice from CIC about a month after submission confirming that they have received your file for processing. I say MAY because although they sent them more often than not, there are a few who never receive it, so don't panic if you don't. Once the sponsor is approved, then you'll receive an additional notice informing you of the sponsor's approval and transfer to POS
