Port of Entry: Parents with TRV Visa

Dear Friends,

I am going to Canada next month with my spouse and father. My spouse and I have got work visa stamped on our passports and my father has 10 years TRV visa stamped on his passport.

I have few questions regarding our trip:
1. For my father I am booking return tickets, Should I book return ticket for complete 6 months or it should be 1-2 months from the date of arrival?

2. Does my father traveling with us on valid TRV visa can raise any issue for us (on work permit) at the port of Entry?

3. I am carrying below documents for three of us, is there any other documents we should be carrying, please let me know:

For Father:

1. Passport with valid TRV visa
2. Return Tickets (for intention to return back)
3. Asset Evaluation Certificate from CA
4. Bank passbook to show regular pension deposit
5. Medical Insurance for first 2 months

For myself and my spouse
------------------------------
1. Passport with valid TRV worker visa
2. Work visa approval letter from CIC
3. List of things bringing to Canada and Things to follow list
