I am a new immigrant to Canada with PR granted just 2 months back. will be flying out to to the country in end june. I wanted to ask that According to CoPR , my port of entry is Vancouver. But can i land in Toronto instead? and what are all the step wise procedure which happens on port of entry anyway? your answers will be deeply appreciated....
