We have done biometric more than 1 year ago. after that in our account in biometric field "we didn't recieved your fingerprints" has registered.
We'have gotten GCMS note 2 days ago.
My wife criminality hasn't been completed because of fingerprints. It sounds her fingerprints is " poor quality".

anybody knows my wife has to do biometric again?

@mas.er - I happen to be in the same boat. My fingerprints are worn out and got rejected because of poor quality.
I highly appreciate it if you can tell me how did you proceed forward.
 
Hi everyone, my fingerprints in the biometric turned out to be poor quality. The officer there had been put in a note though of my skin condition. Would this cause delays in my application or any other negative side impact. Please let me know
