Not yet, because you have to attend your landing appointment/interview before they can finalize your PR. Once they hand you your CoPR document...you have status.

Yes exceeded 6 months. We sending inland spouse application. And nope ! No lawyers , doing it all by myself

I am sending inland application along with restoration and OWP

Your OWP would likely be rejected on account of you being out of status. You may be wasting your money on the OWP application. Did you pay the fees for PR plus restoration status fee ($200) plus OWP fee?

Havent paid the fees yet. So what do you suggest ?? I should forget the OWP and send only the pr plus restoration for now ?

Wow congratulations :D

If you dont have to use a lawyer and can do it by yourself, I would highly suggest you do so. I paid 3500$ for a lawyer and I pretty much do 80% of the work and research. Save yourself the money guys

Yes, send the restoration first. You can apply for the OWP any time during your inland application as long as you are in status.
