polo processing

help!!! not familiar with POLO. already have my visa and attended PDOS last august 23, 2012. is it really true that it will take 3 to 6mos for the POLO processing? when do employers start processing this POLO? hope someone could help me. I've heard that there are agencies exempted with this POLO. is it really possible?

Hi just a question if you’ve got a LMIA-exempt under AIPP in NB do you still have to undergo POLO (Philippine Overseas Labour Office) and POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Administration? thing? Or it can be waived and just do the PDOS (predeparture orientation seminar) thank you.
